This FTP site requires that you have Java enabled in your browser. If you do not see the rest of the page, Java is not enabled in your browser. If in doubt go to www.java.com and follow the instructions to test your java installation.

If you have an FTP Utility, you can use it, the FTP address is informationquarterly.com, user-id is "infoqtrly", use "Active" Connect Mode.

Steps to successfully use this FTP Site:

1. Click on "View/Settings" Menu. Change Connect Mode to "Active". Close the window.
2. Click on the "Location/Connect" menu, enter the password that was provided to you. After logging in, the left pane will shows files on your computer, the right pane will shows files on the FTP site.
3. To upload a file, first create (right-click in the right pane and choose mkdir from the menu) or open a folder where the file should be placed in the right pane (FTP site) by double clicking the folder icon, then locate the file in the left pane (your computer), highlight the file and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
4. To download a file, first create (right-click in the left pane and choose mkdir from the menu) or open a folder where the file should be placed in the left pane (your computer) by double clicking the folder icon, locate the file in the right pane (FTP site), highlight the file and click on the arrow pointing to the left.
